Exercises for a Smaller Waist TIGHTER FLATTER STOMACH
Hi, guys! I'm trainer Amy Jo with ATHLEANXXfor Women, and today I'm going to show you some exercises that can shrink your waist. So the first one we're going to do is planks.Come on down here and lift yourself up on your hands. You want your body nice and straight.Push those heels back, and you're going to go one arm at a time. Five each side. Tap,and up. Tap, and up. Most importantly, keep that belly button pulled in nice and tight. Last one. Switch sides. Five, four, three, two, good, one. Then stay right up here. The next one, moving into elbow, opposite knee, cross it over, we can speed it up. 10, five,
one. Now down to the elbows. We're going togo twisting planks. Twist it, froggy it out. Twist, froggy it out. This tightens the whole waist all the wayaround, even low back. Good. Two more. Froggy it out. Last one. Froggy it out. Awesome. So those are three great exercises that can help shrink your waist, tightening your core, the rectus abdominus, and also that transverse that can create a tighter, flatter stomach. Hopefully this gave you guys some great newtips to try at the gym, or at home. Give us a thumbs up and we will see you next time.
Waist surgery Houston Austin Dallas San Antonio
Hi, this is Hourglass, and welcome toanother tutorial in our channel Superhourglass. Today we are going to discuss the anatomy of the waist an important concept if you want to have the smallest waist possible. In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know for you to get the hourglass shape you've always wanted. Welcome back. One of the common procedures that I perform is to create an hourglass shape. During this procedure, it is crucial to diminishyour waistline as much as possible,
but there are anatomical limitations. You need to understand that how much your waist is going to decrease in size will depend on your anatomy. Some patients bring pictures of other patients who have very small waists and request the same waist size, but this may not be possible. To understand why not everybody can get anextremely small waist, you need to have a clear idea of the anatomy of the abdominal wall. If you look at this diagram, the abdominal wall is made up of muscle and the fascia that surrounds the muscle. On top of this muscle, there is subcutaneous tissue in other words, the fat.
When I perform the surgery, I do liposuction to diminish the thickness of this layer. When we reach the abdominal wall, it is like hitting a wall. You are not going to be able to suck the muscle out, so once we reach the abdominal wall, that is how small your waist is going to get. For example, in this diagram, the yellow is the fat above your muscle and the red is the abdominal wall. When we do liposuction, the fat layer will decrease in thickness, but the red line, which is the muscle, will essentially stay the same. The horizontal dimension between the muscle layers will be the same before liposuction and after liposuction.
However, we can certainly do other things to diminish your abdomen further, particularly in patients who have had babies. Suturing the abdominal wall at the midline to correct abdominal wall weakness essentially recreates and diminishes the waistline, by tightening the muscle and pulling the sides of the abdominal walls toward the midline. Let's go back to the diagram; if we suture your abdominal wall, the transverse dimension of your abdomen will decrease. By understanding your anatomy, the surgeon can determine before surgery
how small your waist is going to be. You cannot pick and choose the waist size that you desire. The only thing the surgeon can do is make yourwaist as small as possible based on your anatomy and other factors. In this tutorial, we discussed the anatomy of the waist. Next week we will discuss the implications of visceral fat for your health. Remember to comment below, share this tutorial, like this tutorial, and subscribe to our channel for moreinformation,
