Exercises for a Smaller Waist TIGHTER FLATTER STOMACH
Hi, guys! I'm trainer Amy Jo with ATHLEANXXfor Women, and today I'm going to show you some exercises that can shrink your waist. So the first one we're going to do is planks.Come on down here and lift yourself up on your hands. You want your body nice and straight.Push those heels back, and you're going to go one arm at a time. Five each side. Tap,and up. Tap, and up. Most importantly, keep that belly button pulled in nice and tight. Last one. Switch sides. Five, four, three,two, good, one. Then stay right up here. The next one, moving into elbow, opposite knee,cross it over, we can speed it up. 10, five,
one. Now down to the elbows. We're going togo twisting planks. Twist it, froggy it out. Twist, froggy it out. This tightens the whole waist all the wayaround, even low back. Good. Two more. Froggy it out. Last one. Froggy it out. Awesome.So those are three great exercises that can help shrink your waist, tightening your core,the rectus abdominus, and also that transverse that can create a tighter, flatter stomach. Waist Training Routine WORKOUT FOR A SMALLER WAIST
Ladies! I know you've heard about those waisttrainers. You've got to stop and listen to me! Try these exercises today with me insteadbecause that's not going to give you long term results. So do these exercises, do awaywith the waist trainer. Okay, first one: down, holding bow so we'rein a plank position. You're going to do leg lifts, okayé 10 of them. Nice and quick. Absare engaged, push that heel back on the other foot. Five, four â€“ don't touch the floorâ€“ two, and one. We'll switch it out keeping that chest over the whole of the BOSU. Squeeze, squeeze. Ab is tight, breathing,three, two, and one. Now I'm going to froggy
it out keeping that chest over the BOSU again.Shoulders over your wrists. Going for 20 here. Nice. Warm up those abs. a few different exercisesto show you why you do not need a waist trainer. Burn, burn, burn. Three, two, and one. Good. I'm going to flipmy BOSU over onto the next. You want to keep these nice and quick so I'm burning calories.My heartrate is up the whole time. Scooting my bum down, big stretch with the plate, up,and press. Stretch. Up and press. I'm going 10 of these. Controlling the abs, make it as challengingas possible. Always maintaining good form.
Up, drive, up drive, three, two more, twomore, two, one more, one more, and now I'm going to alternate to the toe. Alternate totoe. Good. Power through. Pull the abs in. Five more. Five, four, three, two, and one. Now I'm goingto pulse it up, up, 10 of these. Back to back to back. Burn, burn, squeeze, make that waistsmaller and tighter. Five, four, three, two, last one. Whew, one. And then the very lastexercise you can throw in is a plank. Holding. There's lots of variations you can do witha plank. You can extend those arms, you can bend the knees, you can one arm it out, otherside, you can twist side to side. So you want
to hold that plank as long as you can, aslong as possible. So you keep going through and the reason plankswork so well is it hits that transverse. The muscle that goes around the waist. Twistingit out. Knee drops. Whew! Three seconds. Two, one, and time. There you have it. A nice circuit that tellsyou that you don't need a waist trainer. Do something that's going to increase yourheartrate, get on a great nutrition plan, I guarantee you'll do away with the waisttrainers. Don't listen to anyone that tells you thatyou need one. Trust me. There's plenty of

Girls Try To Get Kim Kardashians Waist
I feel like this is almost like a. A woman's bulletproof vest. (laughs) (upbeat drums music) I have heard of waist training, but mostly just on the internet. In Instagram, I followa few of the Kardashians. I think women have always wanted to get that like, Coke bottle physique.
I don't think waist training would be that popular if the in body type right now wasn't an hourglass figure. I think the message thatKim K and all those other people that love to wearwaist trainers are sending is that this the ideal bodytype or this is the body type that a woman should strive to have. It's talked about socasually, and then when you
think about it, it's somethingto take super seriously, and make sure you'redoing it the right way. Mmm. It's actually kind of heavy. I could see it affectingmy breathing, though. This is like, tighter than SPANX. Am I supposed to be able to do all of those clasps by myself every dayé (laughs)
I'm ready to get my Kim K on. Figure out what a day in thelife of Kim Kardashian is like. (electronic music) Remember that it's basically encasing your abdomen in a vice. So if it's too tight, it couldput pressure on your liver and spleen, on your stomach,and your intestines. Especially when you'veeaten, that could cause
belching, it could causereflux, and pushing acid into your esophagus, whichcan cause damage eventually. Do not wear it for more thanone or two hours at a time. Do not wear your waist trainer if you're doing heavy, strenuous exercise. And remember, it's notgoing to permanently alter the look of your waist, and it's not going to help you shed pounds.
