Exercises for a Smaller Waist TIGHTER FLATTER STOMACH
Hi, guys! I'm trainer Amy Jo with ATHLEANXXfor Women, and today I'm going to show you some exercises that can shrink your waist. So the first one we're going to do is planks.Come on down here and lift yourself up on your hands. You want your body nice and straight.Push those heels back, and you're going to go one arm at a time. Five each side. Tap,and up. Tap, and up. Most importantly, keep that belly button pulled in nice and tight. Last one. Switch sides. Five, four, three,two, good, one. Then stay right up here. The next one, moving into elbow, opposite knee,cross it over, we can speed it up. 10, five,
one. Now down to the elbows. We're going togo twisting planks. Twist it, froggy it out. Twist, froggy it out. This tightens the whole waist all the wayaround, even low back. Good. Two more. Froggy it out. Last one. Froggy it out. Awesome.So those are three great exercises that can help shrink your waist, tightening your core,the rectus abdominus, and also that transverse that can create a tighter, flatter stomach. Hey guys! So today's tutorial is going to bea review tutorial and if you follow me on Instagram you would know that I got my waist trainera few weeks ago If you dont follow me there is a link down below.See what IÂ´m up to. Uhh!I take pictures with One Direction dolls. So I wanna say a huge thank you to HiddenBeautySecretsfor sending me this waist trainer for me to try out. IÂ´m not being paid to say anything,so everything IÂ´m about to say is 100% my opinion, so I mean this S***.So this is the corset that they send me and it's a brown corset with a leopard print onit. On the inside itÂ´s just plain black,
so itÂ´s not so fun on the inside, but yougot the party going on on the outside. They have 6 colors in all, so you can get thisone thatÂ´s brown with leopard print on it and i have just written the others down. Thenthey have a black, nude, black with marilyn monroe, a purple and a pink one, so they have6 colors to choose from. So this corset has 3 hooks and you start onthe first one and then you work your way in, so when you have had it on the 3 for about2 weeks maybe, I donÂ´t know. When you feel comfortable, you can go down a size in thecorset and then start over and work your way in once again.
So I have worn this for 3 weeks now and withinthe 1 week I was on the 2 hook and I think I was on the 3 hook within 2 weeks or so,so it is possible to get to the 3 hook, I didn't think it was that the first time Itried it, but it is possible just wait. You can do it!! Encouragement!!! So I have beenwearing the corset on the 3 hook for about a week now, so I would have to go down toa size 34 now with a new corset and then start over with the hooks one more time. It couldbe really fun to try that because, it would be nice to have a nice small waist for summer.IÂ´m just quick going to talk about their sizes, because IÂ´m not a size 36, just tobe clear. IÂ´m not a size 36. They have some
different sizes from what IÂ´m used to. Sowhat I did was i measured my waist and sended the number to their email and then they sendedme the right size, so thatÂ´s one way to do it, they also have size guide on their Instagramaccount, so you can just measure yourself and check it there.So for the past 3 weeks, I have been wearing the corset for everyday and I have only wornit to school for 4 days I think, but I wish, i had worn it to school more, because it reallyhelped me to sit up straight and it just sucked everything in so I looked really skinny andhad like a perfect hourglass figure, so that was really nice. I worked out and I work out 6 times a weekfor an hour everyday and I use a Zumba workout for a warm up, itÂ´s the quot;Rushquot; workout, whichis a 22 minutes workout I think. Then I follow up with some Blogilates workout tutorials forCassey monthly workout calendar, is that what itÂ´s called. Insert it here. And I justdo the tutorial that are ment for the day that IÂ´m working out. That's basically what Ido for a workout and then I wear the corset while I do all that. Some of you might bea little confused on how this corset training really works. IÂ´m gonna tell you! IÂ´m gonnaread it to you, because I canÂ´t remember it all.

COMM: Michele Koebke has shrunk her waist to a tiny 54 centimetres by wearing a corseteveryday for 3 years. Michele: Three years ago my waist was 64cm, today it's 54cm. It's reduced by 10cm, asyou can see when I show the original size. COMM: And the 24yearold plans to go even further, to match her idol, Cathie Jung, whose34 centimetre waist is the smallest in the world. Michele: It embraces me and gives me the pretty,
deformed waist. It feels nice and smooth.It's unique. COMM: Michele has gradually laced herself into smaller and smaller corsets, which shewears constantly, even when sleeping. Michele: My life hasn't changed, just slowed down a little. Now my movement is more feminine. COMM: Unsurprisingly, years of squeezing herself have had a negative impact on Michele's health.
