- Moderate intake. Only eat a treat or dessert once a week. Stay away from sugar during the rest of the days. Choose 3 days a week that you don't eat carbohydrates.
- Focus on color. Eat a variety of colorful fruit and veggies. In fact, eat as much as these as you want. They are best at inducing fat burning and shedding pounds around the middle.
- Be grateful. Gratitude is powerful. Be positive and grateful for your functioning body and it will return the favor by helping you become more healthy. This will help you stay focused on your goals and produce positive results.
